We’ve had numerous cats and several cat beds, they have all preferred boxes.

These pictures were just too funny! Typical cat behavior. I bought my cat a cat bed because he was always stealing the dogs bed & my dog was too afraid of the cat to insist he move out of his bed. So I go in the bedroom to see if the cat is in his new bed only to find the cat in the dog's bed & the poor dog in the cat's bed. The cat's bed was too small for him so his front half was hanging over on the floor & the same with his back half. I died laughing.

A cardboard box always takes precedent over anything else. I love cats.

Or you can give them a paper bag. It makes a rustling noise when they are inside and makes a fine place to hide, jump out and surprise you.

Ken Breedlove, for future refs, any emails entitled "QuizzClub Stories" are not quizzes, they are fun and interesting posts on a wide range of topics. Sometimes I have read a "stories" post and then been able to answer a Quiz question as a result several weeks or months later, so I am sad you feel they are nonsense. :-(
